At the time of booking, a credit card is required to minimize no-shows. Rest assured that no amount will be debited from your card before the appointment. Payment for services is exclusively made at the clinic. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to welcoming you soon.

To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please inform us by phone or email with at least 24 hours' notice.
 

In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the reserved session will be charged to the credit card.
